First fix
Pipework carcass set out from clean drawings — hot and cold mains, soil and waste, gas runs where required. Coordinated with M&E and structural so the second-fix crew picks up a site that's ready, not a problem to solve.
Second fix & commissioning
Sanitaryware, brassware, boilers, cylinders, plant connections — all finished to handover spec. We commission systems, balance flows, and hand over with paperwork that won't bounce.
Commercial hot & cold water
Pressurised hot and cold installations, booster sets, calorifiers, plant-room pipework, BMS interfaces. Designed for reliability and a quiet life for the FM team that inherits it.
Soil & waste
Above- and below-ground drainage, branch lines, stack ventilation. Set out for fall, fixed for noise, and tested before the ceilings go up.
Testing & certification
Pressure tests, chlorination, sampling, gas tightness, commissioning records. Paperwork prepared the way building control and your client's M&E consultant actually want it.
Site management & programme integration
A site supervisor who reads the programme, attends the meetings, and runs our package without you having to chase. Call-offs by phase, daily updates if you want them.
